As part of our Design and Technology Unit Come Dine with me Year 6 learnt about creating a healthy balanced meal where the flavours complimented each other and it was presented well. Each class was given a design brief to follow. Working in groups, the children then researched meals following the design brief and planned their menu. Finally the fun bit came and we spent the day cooking. And the best bit……the tasting! There wasn’t much left!
