Our Reception children are in Red class and are grouped into three learning groups: Poppy, Cherry and Ruby. These groups are flexible to allow children to make friends across the whole cohort and to ensure our Reception staffing team know and understand all the children very well.
PE will be on a Monday and a Friday morning. Please send your child in dressed in their PE kit on Mondays and Fridays.
Please share simple stories and rhymes with your child daily to build their love for reading. Children will be sent home with sounds to practise each week or a phonics reading book as they develop in their level of reading. Books should be read daily for the week; we will change it every Wednesday.
