Wow, what a funny and busy week Year 4 has had!
The children spent two busy days planning and creating their invitations for our Art Exhibition on Friday 10th July. They have also been learning about the population of the USA, exploring the human and physical factors that influence where people live.
It sounds like everyone kept cool in their paddling pools during the hot weather—well done for all the fantastic effort you put into your home learning!
Today, we escaped the heat in the air-conditioned classroom, enjoyed some refreshing ice poles, and had a wonderful time reading with Reception. We also welcomed Mrs Holden, who introduced us to her woodwind instruments and talked about the opportunity to join group music lessons next year. We all agreed it would be a fun and exciting new skill to learn!
Phew—what a week! Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
