This week, Year 4 became chocolatiers in Science! 🍫 The children explored how chocolate changes in shape and texture as it transforms from a solid to a liquid and back to a solid again. They investigated how changes in temperature cause chocolate to melt over a warm cup of water and then solidify again as it cooled. The best part? Once their chocolate had cooled and set, they got to taste their delicious creations!
