Year 1 have been settling in beautifully, getting to know their new classrooms and teachers. It’s wonderful to see them exploring new activities and embracing the opportunities that come with the new learning.
This term, year 1 are enjoying a variety of lessons. In history, we are thinking about what is the past and how it was different to how we live now. In art, we are experimenting with colours and pattern alongside looking at the art work by Vincent Van Gogh. In Science, we are being curious learners and thinking about our 5 senses and how important they are.
