This week in Year 2, we’ve had great fun exploring the stories and characters of Shaun the Sheep in English. We’ve learnt the difference between fact and opinion, and written sentences giving our opinions about the characters. We’ve used our reading retrieval and inference skills to create a ‘role on the wall’ about a character of our choice. We’ve used drama to explore the feelings of characters in an episode. In Science, we’ve done some research into how animals keep themselves clean. In Geography, we drew maps of our school grounds, using symbols and a key. In DT, we’ve designed our moving monsters and are looking forward to making them next week!
