This morning children in Reception really enjoyed learning about what they might like to be when they grow up. They met a vet and veterinary nurse who taught them about how they look after animals. The children enjoyed dressing up as vets, pretending to bandage animals and how to care for them during a pretend operation. They also met a physiotherapist who talked to the children about her job and how to look after your bones, joints and muscles. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about the role of a gardener and a presentation about life in South Africa.
