The Mini Police learnt first hand about local wildlife this week when Kyra the barn owl visited school.
The cadets asked lots of fantastic questions and then played detectives when they dissected some owl pellets to find out what Kyra had been eating recently. The answer? Well we found lots of bones, beaks and claws which suggests she mainly eats chicks.
