Year 5 were so lucky to join an ‘Author’s live’ on BBC iPlayer with Jamie Smart the author of Bunny vs Monkey. He talked the children through his inspiration for the graphic novel and becoming a cartoonist. He then taught the children how to draw Bunny and Monkey and the process he takes to draw a comic strip. The children were so enthused that in their wet play at lunchtime they all had a go at creating their own comic strips with their own characters!
