In DT, Year 4 have been examining what structures are, and what a frame structure is. They have been producing a range of free-standing frame structures of different shapes and sizes. They are designing a pavilion that is strong, stable and aesthetically pleasing to meet their design brief. The children have had to be extremely accurate when cutting and measuring, and effectively join to make their design strong and stable.
