Year 2 week 5

This week, we made our moving monsters in DT!  We decorated the individual parts then joined them together using split pins to make the linkage system.  In Science, we’ve learnt about the importance of protecting ourselves and others by covering our noses and mouths when we cough or sneeze.  To demonstrate how easily germs travel, our teachers sprayed some green water onto paper, then the second time, we covered the paper with paper towels and stopped the spread of the ‘germs’!  In Geography, we learnt about the difference between rural and urban areas.
