In Computing this term, Year 2 have been learning about the use of information technology (IT) around us. We’ve learnt that IT is any device which is a computer or uses a computer, and we’ve found examples of IT in school and around us in our environment. This week, we enjoyed learning about how IT is used in shops, by role playing using a scanner to scan a barcode, find the item on a list and work out how much items cost.
