What a wonderful walk we had to Cameron Woods today. All of the children walked sensibly down to and through the woods, looking out for debris from Storm Darragh. Once in the clearing, we talked about our boundaries and then played an excellent game of 1,2,3 Where are you?

We then split into groups and made a den. Then hiding inside our adult read us a story all about woods or animals that live in the woods! After this we had a little play in the leaves and then started our journey back to school.

Well done Year 2 – we can’t wait for our campfire next week!
