What a lovely day we had in the Winter sunshine!
We started as normal with our Forest School rules and then played a few games. After this, children could choose to work with Mrs Monks on a nature collage, den build, bug hunt, identify trees via their leaves, create obstacles courses, go on the ladder or create something exciting in the mud kitchen. This week we had a campfire made out of twigs and a Christmas dinner made out of mud! As well as this, children could also have a go at whittling using vegetable peelers with Mrs Dixson. We were very impressed with their resilience and perseverance today as this was a tricky task!
