Year 3 had an amazing opportunity to go and visit the historic site of Stonehenge last Wednesday. This linked to our History topic about the Stone Age from term 1. The children partook in many different activities from hiking up to the stones, drawing the stones, visiting the prehistoric house, holding a replica axe and seeing if they were strong enough to pull one of the stones!
