This morning, year 2 walked to the Jubilee Garden at Beacon Park, as part of our English unit based on a book, The Last Garden. We explored the garden, using our senses to notice the sights, sounds and smells. We talked about how it made us feel, as a special contemplation space. We even had time for a quick play in the park! The children represented our school brilliantly!
