Year 2 had a fantastic trip to Victoria Art Gallery today! We took part in a workshop, where we started by looking at a range of portraits in the top gallery, and thinking about what they told us about the people in the paintings. We then created our own self-portraits using pastels and collage. We also enjoyed dressing up in Victorian costumes! We also had the opportunity to explore the Lost Spells exhibition, where we enjoyed dressing up as animals, listening to stories and pretending to be a badger in a tunnel! The children were all brilliant representatives for our school, showing curiosity and resilience.
