We’ve had a packed CARE week full of wonderful enrichment activities! We’ve enjoyed orienteering with Mr D, been creative for our Take One Picture project and ended the week with a fantastic Sports Day! For our Take One picture project, we looked at the painting, A Courtyard of a House in Delft by Pieter De Hooch, and the children decided they wanted to make a model of the courtyard and sculptures of the women in the painting. We’ve used modroc and mosaic tiles. Miss Slater and Mrs Tregale have been very impressed with the fantastic team work shown by the children this week in both their Art project and Sports Day!
