We celebrated VE day in Gold Class by playing some 1940s party games. Pass the parcel was definitely a favourite and children also enjoyed playing musical statues. We also made baked scones for a cream tea. We then went down to the library for an indoor picnic with some traditional British treats. The Victoria sponge was a winner! What a lovely afternoon.
