We were extremely proud of our mini-police cadets who have ‘graduated’ at a prestigious ceremony this week.
Presenting to their peers in Years 4 and 5 and to invited VIP guests, the cadets shared what skills they had learnt, places they had visited and people they had met. They explained why mini-police had been such an important part of their year and how much they had benefitted from the experience.
Each cadet was then presented with their Duke of Cornwall Award and Mini-Police badges from the High Sherriff of Somerset, Janet Montgomery, Superintendent Lorett Spierenburg and Inspector Chief of Staff Joanne Hayward.
A special mention to our two cadets who achieved additional awards, Reggie and Chioma.
