The children have enjoyed learning about Chinese new year this week, we have had dragon dances through nursery, eaten noodles, fortune cookies and many prawn crackers. They have really enjoyed learning about different cultures and traditions.
The ladybirds have been learning their positional language, we bought this alive in our PE sessions, asking the children to jump in and out of squares, crawl ‘through’ the tunnel and jump over the pole.
The sensory walk in the rain was enjoyed by our forest school group on Tuesday, please see tapestry for this post.
Next week is our last week of term before February half term, we will be returning on Monday 24th February.
