We are so proud of how all the children in The Star have settled back into the school routine after the Christmas holidays. This week, we have done lots of great writing, reading and Maths and entered an Engineering competition. We ended the week with our Friday activities of Bucket (an attention building scheme) as well as our Socially Speaking programme. As always in Bucket, Mrs Hunt had some exciting items for us to look at in Silver Class and a fun shared task in Gold Class. We developed our social communication skills by learning about giving and receiving compliments. It was lovely to hear all the lovely comments Star children made about each other!
