We are very aware that in these unprecedented times, the mental health of our children and ourselves as adults, has been, and continues to be, put under enormous pressure. This week it is Children's Mental Health Week and we have planned some activities instead of our normal topic activities, with the aim in mind of supporting the children with their mental health but also to give everyone a well needed break or a time when there is a reduced amount of pressure to get school work done.
So please have a look at the first document which has some ideas of activities you can do for everyone (and also some suggestions for grownups too!) Please don't feel that you have to do any of these this week but there are some suggestions if you would find them useful.
We are not expecting evidence/photos etc. of these activities at all but you are welcome to send us pictures if you would like to.
