This term we are learning all about Australia in Geography and Art, combining our learning about the country and the culture with an Art project towards the end of the term. We will be learning all about the animals that live there and thinking about the similarities and differences between our country and Australia.
In Science we are exploring habitats and how animals live and adapt to their environments in order to survive. We will be exploring the habitats within our own school environment, looking in the nooks and crannies for micro-habitats where mini-beasts are happiest - we have been inspired by one of our 50 Inspirational people at PSJ, Sir David Attenborough to work as natural scientists to observe our surroundings.
See below for some examples of our learning so far!
